Invite emails include a calendar invite and a Google Calendar link, and guests get an update if you change the time or cancel. You can keep up to 50 scheduled meetings active at once.
• Custom / managed domains: Public RSS prefers the show's linked or managed domain for feed and media URLs when set. Private subscriber RSS links and Stripe subscriber emails use that origin too. • Sign-in: After a failed login (or register / forgot-password), CAPTCHA resets so you solve a fresh one. Expired or reused CAPTCHA tokens show a plain-language error instead of a provider code.
• Transcripts: Read-only accounts see Generate Transcript disabled, with a short tip, instead of an error after clicking.
• Phone dial-in: Guests can call a HarborFM number, enter the 4-digit join code, and join the group call by phone. Turn it on under Settings, WebRTC (number, consent prompt, Telnyx). Hosts see the dial-in details on the call panel; the join page offers "Call in instead." Callers hear a short welcome, enter the code, and (when consent is configured) hear that before they are bridged into the room. Ending the call hangs up phone legs. Wrong PINs are limited; if no call is live, inbound dial-in is rejected before answer (no welcome TTS, so Telnyx does not bill an answered leg). Optional Prefer HD Voice (on by default) uses higher-quality phone audio when the carrier supports it.
• Group calls on mobile: Locking the phone or switching apps no longer drops your mic just because the tab hid. HarborFM checks the connection when you come back and reconnects if needed. You only hear the local "Muted" cue if the OS actually stopped the mic. If someone stops publishing audio, others see them as muted until they are live again.

• Episode expiration: Optional Expires at hides an episode from the public feed, RSS, sitemap, and public audio after that time. Studio access is unchanged. Keep expired episodes for subscribers in Edit Show Details can leave them in private/subscriber feeds only. Expires at must be after Publish at.
• Subscriber-only window: With Subscriber Only on, optional Subscriber only from / Subscriber only until limit when the episode is gated for the public. Outside that window, public list, RSS, and audio treat it as free. Private/subscriber feeds are unchanged.
• Episode Files: Final Episode can attach files or links for listeners, with drag-and-drop reorder. The public episode page shows an expandable Episode Files card with embeds, image lightbox, and downloads. Controlled by Can Upload Episode Files. Separate from the Show Notes checklist.
• Import Reaper: Manage Segment Import Reaper applies an edited segment.rpp to the segment's existing recordings and remakes the mix. Clips whose audio files are missing on the server are skipped. Extra Reaper tracks are kept like library/soundboard clips.
• Reaper edits stick: Import preserves clip speed, loop, fades, pitch, and track ReaEQ / ReaGate / ReaComp in the remade mix and writes them back on export. Bypassed plugins are ignored.
• Reaper volume & mute: Mute and fader level are tracked separately, so muted tracks keep their volume when unmuted. Remade mixes skip muted clips and match Reaper's summing. On export, faders are raised so the loudest unmuted track sits at 0 dB when everything was below unity.
• Project / segment import: When segment.rpp changed since export, import rebuilds the multitrack layout from that timeline, copies new media into recordings/, and remakes the mix. Reaper fader, mute, and gain edits affect the remade mix. If the Reaper file cannot be read, import falls back to tracks_manifest.json and shows a clear error.

• Episode Alerts: Claiming episode_alerts_sent_at is now an atomic UPDATE so an immediate publish and the 15-minute release poller cannot both send the same alert.
• Project / segment export and import: Download Project, Download Segment, Import Project, and Import Segment run as background jobs (prepare/upload > status poll > finish) so long zips do not hold the HTTP socket. A non-dismissible Please wait dialog covers the wait; the same episode or segment cannot export or import twice at once.
• Project DAW sidecars: Each segment folder gets audacity.lof, labels.txt, segment.rpp, and timeline.otio. Multitrack clips use startMs so tracks line up; OTIO media paths are relative to the segment folder (recordings/…) and omit tracks whose files are missing from the zip.

• AI chapter markers: On the segment Ask tab, Generate AI Chapter Markers proposes chapters from the transcript. • Segment project: Editors and above can Download Segment / Import Segment (kind: "segment" zip) to overwrite that segment in place (same id/position). Episode Import Project rejects segment zips with a clear 400.
• Project / segment import: Deleting a multitrack audio file from recordings/ while leaving it in tracks_manifest.json drops that track from the remade mix (episode and segment import).
• Download Project: Final Episode includes Download Project (editors and above) which zips episode metadata, segments, finals, multitrack recordings, and embedded library assets (plus a README). Zips are cached under /tmp by content fingerprint (best-effort; OS cleanup).
• Import Project: Show episodes list includes Import Project (managers and the owner) to upload a project zip and recreate a draft episode 1:1 with new ids. Hand-added audio.mp3 / audio.wav segments work without segment.json or waveforms (WAV is transcoded to MP3; waveforms regenerate when available).
• Stripe: Show-level Pause new subscriptions control blocks Checkout while keeping Payments editable (existing subscribers keep access). Accept payments and pause use Disabled/Enabled segmented controls; Billing Cycle sits with them above the account list.

• Group calls: Fixed WebRTC send transports leaking on disconnect/reconnect. Each client creates send + recv transports, but the server only closed the last one, so rooms could hit Too many transports in room and drop audio (often after remounts during a long call / soundboard use).

The feed URL dialog closes after the import starts; you can hide progress until you refresh the page. The Import action stays disabled while an import is in progress.
• Podcast analytics: Episode Requests and Listens bar charts now include at most the 8 most recent episodes (same order as elsewhere: newest publish/update first), with taller charts and a wider Y-axis so episode titles stay readable. The table view still lists every episode with full titles; when a show has more than eight episodes, a short note under the bar chart explains the limit.
